Overall guests at the Best Western Emerald Isle rate the property very good. They like the cleanliness of the rooms and property in general and the friendly, helpful staff. Some guests noted the busy location where the hotel sits and found the street noise somewhat disruptive. With that busy location though came lots of options for groceries and dining which guests appreciated.
